摘要: Around the world, food-borne virus is one of main pathogenic microorganisms in aspect causing people and animals with acute diarrhoea poses a serious threat to human health. Therefore, rapid detection foodborne very important guarantee food safety Here, we reported that developed specific, convenient fast detected method detect rotavirus (RV) hepatitis A (HAV) by using F0F1-ATPase molecular motor biosensor. Specific RNA probes were encompassed conservative region virus, device was constructed connecting through biotin-streptavidin system.
