摘要: Around the world, food-borne virus is one of main pathogenic microorganisms in aspect causing people and animals with acute diarrhoea poses a serious threat to human health. Therefore, rapid detection foodborne very important guarantee food safety Here, we reported that developed specific, convenient fast detected method detect rotavirus (RV) hepatitis A (HAV) by using F0F1-ATPase molecular motor biosensor. Specific RNA probes were encompassed conservative region virus, device was constructed connecting through biotin-streptavidin system. Extracted conjugated biosensor separately meanwhile ATP synthesized. By comparing their fluorescence intensity, level detected. Our results demonstrated this biosensor’s sensitivity concentrations 0.005 ng/mL 0.01 for RV HAV respectively. Furthermore, possessed specificity none cross-reaction between them. What’s more, could be accomplished within 1h. We 15 samples consistent RT-PCR results. Overall, new-typed based on sensitive specific can used virus.
