摘要: The surveillance study of rotavirus gastroenteritis at the University Teaching Hospital Trencin area, Slovakia, during 2006–2011 confirmed that genotype profile circulating rotaviruses was not stable. While G1P[8] dominating dropped from 75 to 7.3 % in period 2009–2011, G2P[4] detected 2009 raised 45.1 2011. Vaccination coverage rose 4.4 22.1 2008–2011. Among community and hospital cases, we observed average age patients with nosocomial infections significantly less (10.6 months) than cases (RVGE) cases. Compared infection duration disease hospitalization among were longer by 0.22 3.63 days, respectively, 2006–2011. Though vaccination found correlate changes type rotaviruses, natural circulation genotypes may be excluded as important factor contributing emergence strain survey period.
