摘要: Glutathione transferases are a multi-gene family of enzymes responsible for the metabolism wide range both endogenous and exogenous substrates. These polymorphic enzymes, which form part an adaptive response to chemical oxidative stress, widely distributed ubiquitously expressed subject regulation by number structurally unrelated chemicals. One these GST P, has been focus much research in recent years relation its involvement etiology disease, particularly cancer. As our efforts into we have developed mouse line that lacks this enzyme used model investigate consequences absence P on tumorigenesis, drug metabolism, toxicity.
