摘要: Purpose: The objective of this study was to evaluate organ dose and the effective patients undergoing tomosynthesis (TS) C-arm cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT) examinations compare doses those in multidetector CT (MDCT) scans. Methods: Patient were measured with small sized silicon-photodiode dosimeters, 48 number, which implanted at various tissue positions within an anthropomorphic phantom. Output signals from photodiode dosimeters read out on a personal computer, computed. head, chest, abdomen, hip-joint TS, head abdomen CBCT evaluated for routine protocols Shimadzu TS systems, MDCT same scan regions as Toshiba 64-detector-row scanners. Results: In examination hip-joint, organs ranges 1–4 mGy, 0.07 mSv around 1 other range 2–37 1.2 4–5 abdominal Effective approximately factor 10 lower, while nearly level, compared corresponding examinations. Conclusions: low excellent resolutions coronal images recent would widely be used tomographic pelvis, skeletal-joints, knee instead significantly high doses. Since patient level that MDCT, consideration radiation required use CBCT.
