摘要: Abstract This work described a novel method to evaluate the electroosmotic flow (EOF) without using any complicated electric profile or physical modification of running buffer. In typical off- channel based microfludic device, it is found carbon ink decoupler electrode maintains its reduction capability after field turned off, this phenomenon makes continually converts dissolved oxygen into hydrogen peroxide. Since isolated before electrode, in-situ generated sample plug delivered pass through detector with an equal velocity EOF in next run. Therefore, can be easily estimated on migration time and distance between working electrode. Subsequently, application simultaneous evaluation electrophoretic property several analytes, including catechol, 2-aminophenol, dopamine peroxide have been also demonstrated method, respectively.
