摘要: A simple and economical capillary electrophoresis method has been developed for the analysis of four model basic proteins by employing a polymeric ionic liquid (PIL), poly(1-vinyl-3-butylimidazolium) bromide, as dynamic coating additive. When small amount PIL was present in background electrolyte, cationic on inner surface fused-silica established. These modified capillaries not only generated stable reversed electroosmotic flow, but also effectively eliminated wall adsorption proteins. Several important parameters such concentration pH values concentrations electrolyte were optimized to improve separation Consequently, under optimum conditions, satisfied with peak efficiencies ranging from 247,000 540,000 (plates m(-1)) had accomplished within 11 min. The run-to-run RSDs (n=3) migration times all less than 0.37%.
