摘要: Abstract Automated micro methods for the rapid assay of l (+) and d (−) lactic acid in rumen fluid other biological extracts were developed using an Auto-samplerpump system UV-Vis Spectrophotometer. Both involved use LDH enzymes, with reduction NAD+ to NADH2 measured at 340 nm. These enzymatic are highly specific either isomer, run a rate 60 samples/hr, minimal quantities reagents, require only 40 80 μl sample.
