摘要: Evaluations of widely used computer simulators identify a number technical and organizational factors that are related to the simulator's success. But investigations have ignored two unobtrusive aspects behavior — myth ritual. Myths commonly held beliefs maintain social solidarity reduce ambiguity. Rituals serve similar function, but they involve actions in addition words. This paper uses examples common myths rituals illustrate concepts. A brief review cost simulation models discussion their evaluation follows. The demonstrates importance ritual understanding use higher education.
