摘要: This study shows the feasibility of measuring an average boron concentration in head patient during BNCT irradiation by capture γ-ray spectroscopy. These measurements can be performed with y-ray telescope: a HPGe-detector outside therapy room, which measures γ-rays emitted through small hole ceiling. Until now, Petten Phase I study, 10 patients glioblastoma multiforme have been irradiated dose group 1. They were injected compound BSH about 12 hours before treatment. The tumour has debulked few weeks irradiation. Before and after irradiation, blood samples is determined prompt spectroscopy at neighbouring beam tube HB7 from samples. For proper dosimetry it also essential to know distribution 10B therapy.
