摘要: La universidad contemporanea presenta una mayor interaccion con la sociedad, en atencion de las demandas publicos diferentes, lo que remite a un foco su tercera mision, o sea, el intercambio conocimientos y tecnologia. cuenta competencia sus profesores para ensenanza, investigacion vinculacion universitaria por eso resulta importante proceso seleccion docentes van componer cuadro personal. El objetivo este trabajo es demostrar relevante los procesos dos universidades publicas brasilenas.
