摘要: There is increasing awareness that processes, such as development, aging and cancer, are governed, to a considerable extent, by epigenetic DNA histone modifications. The sites of these modifications in turn reflect their position role the nuclear architecture. Since changes easier reverse than mutations, drugs remove or add chemical tags at forefront research for treatment cancerous inflammatory diseases. This review will use selected examples develop unified view might assist systematic development novel therapeutic regimens.
