摘要: The crude polysaccharide fromPanax ginseng prepared by hot water extraction and precipitation with ethanol was further fractionated into neutral acidic fractions DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography. chemical compositions were 85.0% carbohydrate 15.0% protein for the fraction, 28.4% carbohydrate, 10.0% 29.0% uronic acid fraction. fraction more effective in increasing of ratio spleen to body weight, number antibody secreting cells SRBC phagocytic activity reticuloendothelial system, as well antitumor against solid form sarcoma 180 ICR mice than All mitogenic cultured C57BL/6 mice. However, FA different from FN co-mitogenicities lectin mitogens. Both potentiated remarkably PHA-P or LPS dose-dependent manner but enhanced only that LPS. Three fractoins had no effect on Con A. These results suggest may stimulate B T macrophages while macropages.
