摘要: This paper analyzes the relationship between growth, poverty and income distribution using household data for Colombia years 1996 to 2004. We study inequality by following Poverty Equivalent Growth Rate (PEGR) methodology developed Kakwani Khandker, which considers both magnitude of growth degree poor benefit from process. also carry out a decomposition changes in better understand effects migration on poverty. Once we have explored pro-poor move pro-poorness Colombia´s main social programs Son´s Pro-Poor Policy" index.
