摘要: Abstract Nanostructured undoped and samarium doped ceria thin nanocolumnar films are electrodeposited onto (FTO) glass substrates at low-temperature (30 °C) with a subsequent thermal annealing 600 °C for 1 h. Films obtained from mixed Sm 3+ /Ce aqueous nitrate solutions, applying −0.8 V/(SCE) potential Cubic fluorite type nanostructured of high crystal quality synthesized as confirmed by X-ray diffraction Raman spectroscopy. SEM analysis demonstrates that doping improves the film respect to crack formation. The incorporation activation ions in host well Stark splitting manifolds responsible emission red-orange spectral range investigated means photoluminescence
