摘要: CD capillary electrophoresis methods were developed for complete enantiomeric and diastereoisomeric separations of a series ten dihydropyridone analogues, which eight neutral, one was anionic, cationic. Ten different systems comprising or two CDs found to successfully separate the isomers thanks screening approach. Among tested CDs, highly sulfated-γ-CD (HS-γ-CD), either in single dual system, phosphate buffer using capillaries dynamically coated with polyethylene oxide, SBE-β-CD, borate uncoated capillaries, most selective selectors. The effects parameters such as nature concentration buffer, voltage examined. precision LODs limits quantification evaluated optimized methods.
