摘要: This chapter summarizes the application of polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for separation enantiomers in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Since this book contains dedicated chapters on enantioseparations using supercritical fluid (SFC), capillary electrochromatography (CEC), and simulated moving bed (SMB) chromatography, materials these modes phase techniques are touched just superficially. More emphasis is directed toward a discussion optimization selectors, their attachment onto carrier, support. The based various parameters such as mobile composition temperature also discussed.
