摘要: In the present study, an attempt was made to achieve separation of enantiomers within a minute in nano-LC and CEC. order this goal several parameters were optimized from viewpoint property chiral analytes, concentration selector packing material, capillary dimensions, mode. The applied sulfoxides could be resolved with analysis time <1 min. Some instrumental obstacles hindering further reduction are also highlighted.
