摘要: The study of potential chemopreventive interventions has increased substantially over the past few years. While there been a proliferation reports from epidemiologic observational studies, preclinical and biomarker-based trials, number Phase III (randomized, placebo-controlled) trials remained relatively small because large subjects required, long duration study, high cost these studies.
