A case of multiple synchronous lung adenocarcinomas with differing EGFR mutations

摘要: We report a case of four synchronous lung cancers, each with different epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation in the tyrosine kinase domain. Bilateral double cancer was diagnosed clinically, and left upper lobectomy partial S6 resection were performed. Right S1 segmental performed later. Pathological examination revealed three adenocarcinomas (S1 + 2, S3, S6) one right. Three mutations EGFR identified polymerase chain reaction direct sequencing DNA from tumors.
