摘要: Introduction: It is important to determine the relation among various lesions in patients presenting with multiple malignant lung tumors define best treatment approach. A better understanding of molecular alterations present different may help defining this relation. Methods: We performed a detailed analysis several tumor specimens obtained from three lesions. Tumor were analyzed for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and k-ras mutations by direct DNA sequencing. In addition, genome-wide chromosomal copy number was on extracted using array-based comparative genomic hybridization. Results: one case, deletion 15 base pairs exon 19 EGFR all sites analyzed. Furthermore, similar pattern aberrations observed lesions, suggesting that they share same clonal origin. other two cases, contrast, we identified distinct genotypes patient. These moreover, showed aberration patterns, indicating have underlying pathways tumorigenesis. Conclusion: Our results show mutation analysis, combined profiling, can relationship
