摘要: Les proteines kinases de la voie signalisation l’Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor sont l’objet d’une deregulation au cours des cancers broncho-pulmonaires. genes encodant ces porteurs mutations oncogeniques mutuellement exclusives induisant transformation tumorale cellules l’epithelium respiratoire. Ces definissent autant sous-groupes moleculaires specifiques caracterises sur le plan clinique, histologique, et biologique. Notre travail a consiste en l’etude dans trois situations cliniques specifiques, les broncho-pulmonaires du non-fumeur, bronchopulmonaires multiples, tumeurs thymiques. L’evaluation polymorphismes genetiques chez patients non-fumeurs atteints cancer broncho-pulmonaire suggere role differents ceux impliques patient fumeur. L’etude genomique multiples montre possibilite d’utiliser pour evaluer degre clonalite lesions tumorales avec une correlation significative leur analyse histo-pathologique detaillee. L’analyse integrative thymiques indique l’existence correles classification par predictives l’efficacite certains traitements cibles. Nos donnees illustrent principes medecine personnalisee oncologie thoracique, consistant l’analyse caracteristiques chaque tumeur individuelle, permettre meilleure personnalisation prise charge
