摘要: The forces of globalization have shifted the way that healthcare is delivered and also how global nursing workforce conceptualized. 1,2 Globally, demand for increasing, outpacing growth in workforce, primarily because population growth, aging population, increasing burden noncommunicable diseases. 3 This gap known as human resources health crisis (HRH crisis). 4 deficits are attributed to experienced professionals leaving better paying jobs, labor migration both within across countries. 5 Moreover, globally, numbers highly susceptible political pressures, a consistent strategy has not been widely applied. 6 Low- middle-income countries experience an even greater due demands much more vulnerable factors influence pandemics. 7 As make commitment universal coverage, will continue increase, HRH become acute. High-income immune this continues grow face fiscal constraints.
