摘要: Transgenic rats carrying the env-pX gene of human T-cell leukaemia virus type-I (env-pX rats) were immunized with type II collagen (CII), and chronological alterations arthritis compared findings collagen-induced (CIA) in wildtype Wistar-King-Aptekman-Hokudai (WKAH) rats. Arthritis induced by CII was more severe persisted longer than CIA WKAH To determine whether phenomenon is caused mainly transgene-carrying lymphocytes or articular tissues, we lethally irradiated reciprocal bone marrow cell (BMC) transplantation. A but transient reconstituted BMC (w/tB/CII rats). On other hand, BMC, w/tB/CII rats, although degree less at an early phase after immunization. These suggest that tissues rather BMCs transgene play a role prolongation are associated severity arthritis. When inflammatory cytokines synovial cells isolated from before they developed examined, interleukin-6 (IL-6) detected higher level thus suggesting critical IL-6
