Myocardial oxygen metabolism of the right ventricle with volume loading and hypoperfusion.

摘要: A comparison of blood flow and myocardial O2 consumption (MV^.O2) in the right left ventricles was made dogs whose chests had been opened. The effect volume loading by arterio-venous arterio-left atrial shunts, ventricular hypoperfusion rapid removal were examined presence absence pericardium. Blood per unit myocardium greater anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) than (RCA), 75±4.3 vs. 46±2.8 (mean±SE)ml/min 100g, respectively.
