The preliminary evidence suggests that self-reported prevalent psychosis may be as well elevated rates both help-seeking suicidality. Abnormalities architecture spindles also commonly observed correlate severity deficits. However, due methodological limitations considerable heterogeneity across studies, support reliability these associations limited. We outline agenda, emphasising prospective use gold-standard measurement investigate prevalence how related onset persistence psychotic symptoms.
