摘要: Transforming growth factor-beta (TGFβ) is a secreted cytokine, which intricately controls plethora of physiological and pathological processes during development carcinogenesis. TGFβ exerts antiproliferative effects functions as tumor suppressor early stages tumorigenesis, whereas at later it promoter aiding in metastatic progression through an autocrine loop. Intricate knowledge signaling its regulation are still evolving. In this review, we make attempt to showcase the associated enigma dual functional role late carcinogenesis, respectively.
