摘要: Small-airway bronchoconstriction following massive autologous pulmonary embolism was documented with simultaneous microradiographic and bronchial-pressure measurements. Three groups of dogs were employed, using aged, fresh, inert (agarose) clots as emboli. Bronchoconstriction airways 0.3–3.0 mm in diameter demonstrated all three groups, indicating that mechanical vascular obstruction is a prominent factor initiating airway dimensional change. usually rapid onset, early resolution. Differences response among the study suggest there are variations well humoral properties
