摘要: Abstract A simple acid digestion procedure has been evaluated which utilized a closed, teflon container with HNO3 and plant tissue placed into an initially cool oven was brought to 110°C overnight. The accuracy precision of the method were for wide variety materials obtained from NBS regional exchange program. There significant differences between proposed standard HNO3‐HClO4 Al, Fe, Cu, Mg. However, data comparison closed vessel results reference showed significantly lower values only Al Fe. Comparison this analyzed by laboratories in program good agreement. Thus, appears accurate precise analyses Ca, Mg, P, K, S, Mn, Na, Zn B using inductively coupled plasma spectrometry. It perform as well most other methods western tissue...
