摘要: Undoped and Mg doped CuO wire like nano structure were successfully synthesized in PVP by using Quick Precipitation method at a low reaction temperature (600 C) the absence of templates additives. In this work, Copper acetate, PVP, NaOH, Magnesium chloride used as copper precursor, stabilizer, accelerator dopant (2, 5 wt %) respectively. XRD (X-ray diffraction), UV–vis spectroscopy, FE-SEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy) EDAX (Energy Dispersive Analysis X-rays ) analysis are done for structural, optical, surface morphological, compositional analysis. The revealed that there was slight change crystallite size which occurred with increasing concentration Mg. measurement optical absorption spectra indicates band gap shift different percentage image reveals particles appear to be almost shape. result confirmed formation CuO: composition. Due excellent structural properties nanoparticles have wide range applications gas sensors, solar cell etc.
