摘要: The La/sub 0.7/(Pb/sub 0.7/Sr/sub 0.3/)/sub 0.3/MnO/sub 3/ films were produced by pulse laser deposition-method. composition of the film material provided high value temperature coefficient electrical resistance at room temperature. methods measurement boundary in HTSC structures haves been studied. Stationary method is based on difference between two metal strips placed film. One them heated relatively large dc.
