摘要: An “end to end” scheme in agrometeorology, for the build-up and transfer of agrometeorological agroclimatological information, which was recently developed by author, is validated this paper with case studies from most recent literature Latin America Africa. The introduction places establishment needs climate forecasts other information agriculture local, national regional decision-makers users communities right context international livelihood conditions farmers their communities. It may be concluded that after exercise a good guideline understanding value activities fields data, research, education, training & extension policies, design services end-users. main bottlenecks appear be: (i) insufficient considerations these actual therefore; (ii) developments inappropriate support systems. Local, decisionmakers have honest serious come up proposals actions create appropriate policy environments. suitable intermediaries has now been considered Asia, but there need pilot projects kind not suffering same as already mentioned.
