摘要: Context: Patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (PHP) often report nonspecific symptoms including mood disturbances. Objective: The objective of the study was to determine frequency depression in PHP and assess its response parathyroidectomy. Methods: A case-control at a referral center Rochester, MN, performed Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) assessments observed (n = 81) surgical 88) benign nontoxic thyroid disease 85) baseline 1, 3, 6, 12 months after surgery or initial questionnaire PHP.
