摘要: Objective To assess anxiety and depression symptoms, suicidal ideation, health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in a large series consecutive patients with primary hyperparathyroidism (pHPT) before after parathyroidectomy. Design This prospective multicenter study investigated preoperative postoperative depression, anxiety, HRQOL pHPT compared these variables control group nontoxic thyroid nodules. Patients The included 194 186 subjects. Main Outcome Measures Depression was evaluated the Hospital Anxiety Scale (HADS) Patient Health Questionnaire–9, which also assessed ideation. HADS.
