摘要: Pancreatic acinar cell death is the major pathophysiological change in early acute pancreatitis (AP), and modalities are important factors determining its progression prognosis. During AP, cells undergo two modes of death, including necrosis apoptosis. Acinar can lead to intensely local systemic inflammatory responses, which both induce aggravate lesion. Necrosis has long been considered an unregulated, passive process. Since effective interventions difficult perform, relevant studies have not received adequate attention. Necroptosis a newly discovered modality characterized by apoptosis, i.e., it actively regulated special genes, while typical morphological features necrosis. Currently, necroptosis gradually becoming topic fields diseases. The preliminary results from AP confirmed existence necroptosis, may be potential target for effectively regulating injuries improving outcomes; however, functional changes mechanisms still require further investigation. This article reviewed progress provide reference deeply understanding pathogenic identifying new therapeutic targets.
