摘要: Agricultural overproduction has led the European Union to encourage long-term abandonment of agricultural land. To enhance transition land natural grasslands or forests different management practices in relation vegetation can be used. The aim this study was understand interactions between plant and associated soil microbial communities during succession A field experiment established on newly abandoned where development community studied plots after sowing a mixture 15 species that were left naturally colonized by plants. plants sown contained five each grasses, legumes forbs representing three functional groups. subset these inoculated with cores from later successional stage. Adjacent soils ongoing deciduous beech forest also studied. composition biomass determining fatty acid signatures (PLFA, NFLA) microorganisms. had changed within 2 years diverging into one type present another Sowing seed mixtures promoted growth bacterial sarophytic fungi. Respiration measurements showed higher activity plots. Bait for arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi NLFA 16:1ω5 AM-fungi reduced when sown, which decreased formation associations roots.
