摘要: DNA from endomycorrhizal fungi was extracted directly a weathered soil (alfisol) mixed with sand. Mycorrhizae were established in greenhouse culture of Glomus clarum Sudan grass (Sorghum vulgare var. sudanense) host plants. The extraction procedure included enzymatic digestion cell walls, sodium dodecyl sulfate lysis cells, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone absorption organic compounds, and ethanol precipitation the DNA. extracts amplified by polymerase chain reaction using primers nuclear 17S rRNA sequence that general to or specific endomycorrhizae.
