摘要: The concept of anxiety is complex and requires a multidisciplinary approach. Anxiety refers to disease that has been treated with the use industrialized psychotropic drugs. This study investigated natural forms for treatment by popularly medicinal plants. In this way, aimed investigate effect Tangerine leaf tea ( Citrus reticulata ) in Wistar rats submitted maze test high cross. For assessment Elevated Plus Maze was used, validated model pharmacological, biochemical behavioral point view as rat. based on rat's aversion open arms exposition danger. To evaluate whether had anxiolytic rat, number entries into arms, closed, central platform percentage time spent considering total were evaluated. It observed there no change closed arm between control experimental groups. platform, greater exploration demonstrates curiosity also increases what shows animals very stable. concluded tangerine effects exposed Labyrinth.
