摘要: We present a nonequilibrium approach for the study of two-dimensional phase-separating ternary mixture. When component that promotes phase separation is dynamically exchanged with medium, process halted and actively maintained finite-size segregation domains appear in system. In addition to this effect, already reported our earlier work [J. Gomez, F. Sagues, R. Reigada, Phys. Rev. E 77, 021907 (2008)], use generic Ginzburg-Landau formalism inclusion thermal fluctuations provide more dynamic description resulting domain organization. Its size, shape, stability properties are studied. Larger circular stable formed when decreasing recycling rate, increasing mobility component, mixture quenched deeper. expect outcome be applicability raft phenomenology plasmatic cell membranes.
