摘要: Thermobifida fusca was grown on cellulose (Solka-Floc), xylan or corn fiber and the supernatant extracellular enzymes were concentrated. SDS gels showed markedly different protein patterns for three carbon sources. Activity assays a variety of synthetic natural substrates major differences in concentrated enzyme activities. These crude preparations used to hydrolyze fiber, low-value biomass byproduct wet milling corn. Approximately 180 mg reducing sugar produced per gram untreated fiber. When pretreated with alkaline hydrogen peroxide, up 429 sugars released Saccharification enhanced by addition β-glucosidase xylanase preparation from Aureobasidium sp.
