摘要: Rice husks were subjected to hydrothermal processing in aqueous medium cause the degradation of xylan xylooligosaccharides. The resulting solid phase, with enhanced contents cellulose and lignin, was assayed as a substrate for enzymatic hydrolysis either directly or after treatments hydrogen peroxide alkaline media under variety operational conditions. Solid yield, composition susceptibility assessed by empirical modelling. solids greatly improved treatments. Under selected conditions (oxidizing 50 g peroxide/100 at 80 °C 4 h using liquor ratio 15 g/g) lignin removed high proportion, almost quantitatively recovered phase. In subsequent (using an enzyme/substrate 25 FPU/g g/g 48 h), 67.9% converted into glucose, leading containing 43.5 glucose/L. Higher conversions achieved when employed increased, but then final glucose concentrations decreased owing higher amount liquid.
