摘要: Abstract A pretreatment method using wet disk milling (WDM) and hydrogen peroxide (HP) was investigated to produce a saccharified solution with high glucose concentration from sugarcane bagasse. The chemical composition of the bagasse uninfluenced by WDM treatment alone, whereas slight reduction in contents lignin xylan effected HP alone performed at neutral pH. combination (WDM–HP treatment) significantly increased removal xylan. cellulose-rich material containing 87% glucan obtained performing 70 °C 2.5% biomass, after treatment. By 15% WDM, HP- WDM–HP-treated bagasse, concentrations 28 g/L, 27 g/L, 98 g/L, respectively, were various saccharification processes, suggesting feasibility WDM–HP for production concentration. Moreover, shown be good substitute cellulose cellulase Acremonium cellulolyticus . Under same conditions, treated provided activity 8.2 FPU/mL compared value 7.9 FPU/mL commercial cellulose, SF 40.
