摘要: The objective of the present research was to explore new approach reduce hydrolysis time and enhance productivity enzymatic saccharification. One-stage steam-exploded corn stover required 72 h reach a yield 62.8%, while multi-stage could 24 h. A concept three-stage therefore proposed in which cellulosic substrate hydrolyzed for 6, 12 h, respectively. High yields, 70.2% with enzyme recycling 76.1% supplement fresh eliminate recovery procedure, were obtained Analysis indicated that short-time removal end products at each stage improved cellulase activities benefited adsorption solid substrate. When used as synthesis, 88.6% achieved
