摘要: Abstract A series of Co-doped SnO2 nanoparticles have been synthesized by the co-precipitation route. Different amounts surfactant used in order to study effect surfactants (CTAB) on magnetic and optical properties. Structural analyses reveal that Co dopants are substituted into rutile without forming any secondary phase. The increase promotes adsorption organic molecules surfaces nanoparticles. Meanwhile, both ferromagnetism orange emission drop progressively. dependence ferromagnetic properties concentration could be explained based bound polaron, where carriers provided oxygen vacancies. XANES spectra electrons transfer from 3d bands ions. Such electron-transfer process suppresses formation vacancies leads decline emission.
