摘要: Ischaemic colitis is relatively uncommon in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), with only very few case reports or series world literature. occurs when SLE activity high and inarguably due to small vessel vasculitis affecting the large intestine. proctitis rectal ulceration, as a presenting feature SLE, even rarer two date. We present of 38-year-old woman, who presented haematochezia which subsequently proved be ischaemic ulcer that was diagnosed SLE. The clinical course this patient greatly improved aggressive management steroids.
