Igualdade, equidade e justiça na saúde à luz da bioética

摘要: The Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights enabled the reflection themes that go beyond purely biomedical concerns address social, health environmental topics such as social exclusion, vulnerability, poverty, discrimination. This article aims to reflect concepts of equality, justice, equity, defined by Declaration, their applicability in solving problems Brazil. From a bibliographic review, both classic (Plato Aristotle) contemporary (Amartya Sen, John Rawls, Paulo Fortes Fermin Schramm) authors were addressed. study proposes equity principle for critically understanding policies services, helping citizens act with responsibility.
