[The bioethics of protection and the state's role: moral problems in unequal access to drinking water].

摘要: The aim of this study is to examine unequal access drinking water as a public health problem in terms normative and analytical tools the bioethics protection. Therefore, we analyze both moral implications treatment primary needs, such situations vulnerability threat population groups, sector's responsibility supplying safe water. In addition, solutions are proposed for protection promotion legitimate personal development projects. reaffirms state's role maintaining supply recommends avoiding policy privatization good, meanwhile justifying policies correct social injustice.
