摘要: Working with a chronic condition can be challenging. Providing support to workers help them stay at work and prevent work-related problems. Workers who successfully provide valuable input for the development of effective supportive interventions exit from facilitate sustainable employment. The aim this study is explore lived experiences identify existing barriers, facilitators possible needs staying work. Four focus groups were conducted between August December 2017 one or more conditions (n = 30). Participants included employees (partially) self-employed workers. All group data transcribed verbatim thematically analyzed.
