摘要: Abstract A time-of-flight technique was used to determine the energy spectrum of atoms ejected by ion bombardment from a metal target. The beam pulsed in synchronism with magnetically suspended rotor, spinning at speeds up 3000 rev. sec−1. flight path 50 cm between target and rotor sufficient obtain dispersed deposit on rim for all atom energies about 10 kev. detected auto-radiography means its radioactivity, Cu or Au targets having been previously activated irradiation thermal neutrons.
