摘要: Dysfunction of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) has been suggested to play pivotal roles in the initiation and progression human cancers. The noncoding RNA activated by DNA damage (NORAD) is a recently identified, highly conserved lncRNA that essential for mitotic cell division. Recent studies demonstrated potential oncogenic function NORAD bladder cancer colon cancer, however, role clinical value have not illustrated gastric cancer. Here, we found was expressed tissues lines. Overexpression significantly correlated with worse prognosis patients. Down-regulation suppressed proliferation migration cells. Mechanistically, acted as competitive endogenous (ceRNA), which sponged miR-608 expression Further experiments targeted forkhead box O6 (FOXO6) negatively regulated FOXO6. Consistent inhibitory effect on miR-608, overexpression enhanced level FOXO6 attenuated growth. Collectively, our results promoted growth cells via modulating miR-608/FOXO6 pathway.
