摘要: Using the technique of differential hybridization a human fetal brain library, we have identified novel gene, 3 (BR-3). This gene is not expressed in normal tissue samples but at high levels low-grade glioma samples. We cloned and sequenced full-length cDNA corresponding to this gene. Data base search analysis indicated that BR-3 has strong homology genomic sequence present on chromosome 1 no genes. Open reading frame presence 71 amino acids long protein sequence. A data for showed similarity known sequences. Expression it level six out seven analyzed. In addition low expression was observed anaplastic astrocytoma four eight glioblastoma tissues kidney, skeletal muscle, lung, spleen heart. No brain, liver or testes tissue. To understand role cancer general, studied its other cell lines. Except lung ovarian carcinoma, breast colon adenocarcinoma, prostatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma On basis sequence, unique pattern, conclude product may play critical genesis gliomas tumors.
